'm so proud of myself . for growing up with not the best Dad but the best mum ever then getting told I have ptsd and having a supportive boyfriend very helped with it and having the most supportive family and friends ever has very helped me with all this people who say if you have a mental problem you can never be anytime well they thought wrong
